- Hey Burners. So, Fat Burners Only have made it to Wollongong to talk to the creator, the founder of the awesome brand, Red Dragon. And you would know them already for their awesome pre-workout Dragon's Breath. His name is Jarrod, he's standing to my left. How're you going?

- Good mate, how are you?

- Yeah, good good. So there's the logo right there if you don't recognize it. We're here today to actually talk about the new fat burner, Fireball. Movie magic. Oh he's got it, all right. So, let's have a look at the label there. Fireball, this guy here. So it's similar to the Dragon's Breath but a little bit more yellow, and called Fireball. And this is their fat burner. So we released a video on the flavors the other week.

- They have sent us preview samples of the finalized flavors of their new fat burner. We don't even know what's gonna be in the formulas, so we're going to talk about our predictions for what is going to be coming through. And we're gonna give a try to these finalized flavors.

- Amazing taste. Let's go into that. How did you make a fat burner taste so good?

- A lot of, a lot, and a lot of revisions. So I think we've been working on it for just over 6 months now. In terms of going backwards and forwards. Sorting out particular dosages of things, as well. Making sure that certain ingredients don't come through with a spicy taste, or like you would any other fat burner.

- Sure, and four awesome flavors. So we've got Red Frog.

- [Jarrod] Yup.

- [Interviewer] Pineapple, Passion Fruit.

- [Jarrod] Raspberry Slushie.

- [Interviewer] And Raspberry Slushie. What's your personal favorite?

- Between the Red Frog and the Raspberry Slushie. The Raspberry Slushie's got that kind of like Calippo-y, like you saw in the video.

- Like an icy-pole.

- It's a cyclone.

- What you're trying to say in the video.

- Yeah, it's like a raspberry icy-pole. So it tastes really good.

- Incredible. Got a little bit of a sour tinge to it as well, which I really, really like. I would assume that's from the carnitine?

- Yup, yup.

- Yeah, perfect. And then, what we did say on that video though is we didn't know the formula.

- Yes.

- We've actually got the tub here.

- Yes.

- So, while we've got the expert.

- Yes, would you like to go through it?

- Let's go through it.

- Yeah, sweet. Acetyl L-Carnitine.

- Yep.

- Yep, and then a L-Carnitine-Tartrate in there as well. So, a blend of the two.

- Sure.

- And then GBBGO, which is a carnitine precursor that's gonna help your body better metabolize the carnitine and make more carnitine as you go. So a side effect of that is, it's exothermic so you're gonna sweat like crazy.

- So you do get a lot warmer on Fireball?

- Yeah, yeah.

- Awesome. And carnitine obviously targets fat for fuel.

- 100%, as you all know.

- Which is what you want in a fat burner. As you know if you watch our videos. And then you said, quite thermogenic or thermic with the carnitine and the GBB.

- Yup.

- But you've also got a thermogenic blend in here as well. So what do we have here?

- So you got coleus forskohlii. Do you want me to go deep into that, or?

- Yeah, you can give us a bit of a run down.

- So roughly, Coleus forskohlii is a cyclic AMP precursor, which is a potent fat burning hormone. It's gonna basically help regulate that. And then we've chucked in bit further down, we've put it under the title of antioxidant, but its also a cyclic AMP esterase inhibitor. So it's going to keep that cyclic AMP in your system for longer.

- [Interviewer] And that's the benefit of it.

- [Jarrod] That's the yerba mate.

- [Interviewer] The yerba mate.

- The yerba mate acts as that. It's got a little bit of caffeine as well.

- Right okay, sure. So the coleus raises the AMP, and then yerba mate makes sure it keeps it right in there.

- Keeps it there, yeah.

- Perfect. And then we have the bitter orange.

- Yeah, you've got bitter orange extract and Grains of Paradise, which are just two thermogenic ingredients.

- We've got Banaba leaf. Why do we put Banaba leaves in?

- So Banaba leaf is a GDA, which is a glucose dispersal agent. It's gonna help your body better utilize carbohydrates. Stop it from turning into fat as quickly. So if it needs to go to your muscle, it's gonna help it get to the muscle.

- Right, and then we've got our Multi-Stage Energy + Focus Blend. So we've got some tyrosine in there.

- So tyrosine is a dopamine precursor. It's gonna help you feel good. Put you in a good mood, especially if you're dieting and you're into the last few weeks of your diet. You're not gonna be too happy. This, you all probably know. It's gonna help you just get through that.

- [Interviewer] And then you've got your green coffee, that's where your main caffeine source is. So it's not in an orange form, it's a natural form.

- Yes, so its a natural form. It's got all the antioxidants and everything in there. It's gonna be a little slow-absorbing. A lot people don't notice that they, won't notice that they don't crash off it as much. Which is really good.

- Next up we have the ashwaganda in there. So, really smart you put that in there to look after your adrenal glands, while your putting the ingredients in there to produce that energy for adrenaline. So can you sort of expand a little bit on that?

- So, as you start to get to your last kind of weeks or whatever, of dieting or hard training, your body is gonna be up regulating cortisol, which is gonna inhibit fat burning. That's in there to kind of reduce that cortisol, help you feel a little better, help kind of offset any jittery, anxious, side effects you get from the caffeine as well.

- And that's the same with the theanine as well.

- Same with the theanine.

- Help that jittery thing.

- Yes, a non-drowsy relaxant.

- Just a really good, complete formula. You've done a great job with it, and the tub too, looks amazing. So, I actually haven't had a full serving of this, so I'm looking forward to trying it to see how it feels.
