- There's a few little handy hints that we can give you at Fat Burners Only to help you get rid of pimples, and the first and the most important one is, and I'm sure you hear it all the time, is drink enough water.
If we don't drink enough water, toxins build up in the system and then we try and pass it through the skin and it can cause pimples. Drinking enough water will flush out those toxins and can reduce pimples and symptoms of pimples as well. Drink at least 2.7 litres per day if you're a female and 3.9 litres a day if you're a male.
Now, the second handy tip that we can give you is make sure you get more zinc in your diet. Now, we typically don't get enough zinc in our diet, and it's an essential nutrient for over 100 different bodily functions, including building your immune system, helping with your hormonal profile, and is very, very good for skin health. And you can get more zinc in your diet by eating more beef and pork and seafood, and for vegans and vegetarians, beans, as well as peas and nuts, are great sources of zinc.
So our tips are, drink enough water and make sure we consume enough zinc, and the third tip we have for you is you may fall into a category of hormonal imbalance resulting in hormonal pimples or acne.
