Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Ultimate Fibre and Everyday Fibre?
As the name suggests, Everyday Fibre is a gentler formula, with 22 ingredients taken every single day to maintain great bowel health and regularity. Ultimate Fibre is the original flagship product, with 33 ingredients for a short-term gut cleanse protocol. Ultimate Fibre is best introduced initially for a 3 month period, until bowel movements are healthy, then change to Everyday Fibre. Everyday Fibre is a more economical product, with a 450g tub lasting for 30 days.
-
How do I take both of Qenda’s fibre products?
Ultimate Fibre is dosed for a 3-4 month period as stated below in the Ultimate Fibre Plan. Everyday Fibre is taken consistently once or twice daily, at one scoop (15g). Both the Ultimate and Everyday Fibre are consumed twice daily, on an empty stomach. Anyone under the age of 12 is advised to consume one to half a scoop per day, and after approval from a health professional.
-
What do the Ultimate and Everyday Fibre products help to remove?
The Ultimate and Everyday Fibre helps to increase healthy bowel movements and remove unwanted waste from the colon. Parasites, impacted feces, heavy metals, excess hormones, fungal overgrowths and accumulated toxins can all be excreted during this process. Removing these waste products is important so they don’t get recirculated and absorbed back into our system.
-
What diet should I follow while taking Qenda’s fibre products?
A diet consisting of mainly whole, nutrient-dense food, with plenty of fruits and vegetables at every meal is highly recommended. Stay away from as many processed, refined sugar and grain products as possible. Stick to organic, grass-fed meat if consumed, and stay away from pork in the short-term to avoid parasites. Organic foods are best, but if not possible stick to the ‘Clean 15’ and stay away from the non-organic ‘Dirty Dozen’ list of fruits and vegetables. The ‘Clean 15’ contain the lowest trace amount of pesticides, and the ‘Dirty Dozen’ contain the highest. Clean 15: Avocados, sweet corn, pineapples, frozen peas, onions, papaya, eggplant, asparagus, kiwi fruit, cabbage, cauliflower, cantaloupes, broccoli, mushroom and honeydew melon. Dirty Dozen: Strawberries, spinach, kale, nectarines, apples, grapes, peaches, cherries, pears, tomatoes, celery and potatoes.
